*Terms and Conditions:
✅ Both the existing employee and the referred candidate must be employed at the end of the 30 days of employment of the referred candidate for any bonus to be paid.
✅ If a candidate is submitted more than once as a referral, IRC will honor the person making the first referral only.
✅ Referred employees must be hired and start work within 30 days from referral date.
✅ Referred employees must also work a minimum of 30 days without any unexcused absences to qualify for the $500 bonus.
